Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It comabines boxing and exercise, with great fun and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing trainig without getting hit.

This circuit class is fast moving and performed at a high intensity and is designed to be as equally enjoyable as it is effective. Consistently the most popular class in the Centre, bums 'n' tums guarantees you the ultimate workout and the fastest results. The beauty of this class is that it caters for all fitness levels as each person is paired off with someone of similar experience, so you can push yourself to the limit or just take things at your own pace.

Pilates is a technique which was invented by Joseph H. Pilates. The class consists of gentle exercise done on a mat in either a sitting or lying position and focuses on correct breathing, core strength and flexibility. This is a fantastic way to strengthen and tone the whole body.

           Junior Gym

 

This is a 1 hour supervised gym session on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for all those over 14 years of age. It gives teenagers a great introduction to starting and keeping a healthy lifestyle.

           TRX Suspension Training

This class is suitable for everybody. Using your own body weight and a TRX you will BUILD STRENGTH / TONE UP / BURN CALORIES / INCREASE FLEXIBILITY. This is also a fantastic CORE / ABDOMINAL workout. So if you are an elite athlete or complete beginner the TRX is for you.

           Hit and Run

 

High intensity workouts combine endurance and strength training.These are relatively fast intense bouts of exercises with short rest periods inbetween. Added to this we are taking it a step further by bringing in track session of 10 mins between 2 Hitt sessions which makes this the Ultimate Workout Class.
